SMS/Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to Housing Members SMS alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages about property listings, foreclosures, rent-to-own opportunities, and homeownership resources at the mobile number you provide.

Program Description

Housing Members provides a subscription-based property listing alert service. When you subscribe, you will receive SMS text messages containing:

  • Curated property listings based on your preferences
  • Foreclosure property alerts
  • Rent-to-own home opportunities
  • Market updates and homeownership resources

Message Frequency

You will receive up to 4 messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on your subscription plan and property availability in your selected areas.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Housing Members is not responsible for any charges incurred from your wireless carrier.

Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and subscribing to our service, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Housing Members. Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You may opt out at any time.

How to Opt-Out

You may cancel your SMS subscription at any time by texting STOP to the shortcode from which you receive messages. After you send the STOP message, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive SMS messages from Housing Members unless you re-subscribe.

Carrier Support

Our SMS service is supported by major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. However, carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile phone number and any information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Terms Modifications

Housing Members reserves the right to modify these Mobile Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
